How to measure :-

CHEST : Stand up straight with your arms hanging down in a relaxed posture and measure around the fullest part of your chest. 

WAIST : Stand upright and run the tape around the narrowest part of your natural waist. This is usually where the belly button is.

HIP : Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips. This is typically midway between your crotch and your belly button.
