Shipping and Delivery

Once you place an order your items would be dispatched within 5-7 working days and after the order is dispatched, it usually takes 2-3 days for you to receive your package depending upon the location. Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
You can choose to pay for your order online at checkout or opt for Cash On Delivery (COD).

The delivery timeline for Domestic orders is between 5-10 business days.

TAXES & DUTIES
All product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties for our Indian customers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The delivery timeline for International orders is between 7-15 business days. 

The charges will automatically be calculated at Checkout.
Our tariffs are as follows - 
North America Zone - ₹3,000.00 (INR)
Rest of the World - ₹2,500.00 (INR)

 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

You will be receiving a shipping confirmation email or message once your order has been dispatched from our end. You can request for a tracking number for the same.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Any custom duties, import duties and taxes applied to your order will be borne by the customer. 

DAMAGES
Salmon Stretch shall not be held liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In the rare event of receiving a damaged product, please contact the shipment company to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
